Bone fragments found in wors

Dear Pick n Pay

as a regular shopper with weekly and monthly groceries i thought it would be best to contact you directly about my incident for it is for it is in my interest to remain a customer. On Saturday evening we hosted a Braai for the Springbok game. while we and our guests were eating my girlfriend and two guests each got bone fragments in the wors so bad that my girlfriend had a piece of bone wedged between her gums and teeth. whilst we tried getting the wedged bone fragment out her bleeding gum a guest continued cutting up the wors into tiny pieces to see how many other pieces would be discovered. two bigger pieces were then found. We were embarrassed beyond belief and a hosted meal we entertained left numerous plates untouched after the hype about the meat purchased at pick n pay left guests including myself put off our food. to host such a event does not come cheap and the disgust left us very upset. we continued trying to reach pick n pay and were lucky enough to have a call back providing clearance could be made on my smart shopper card that i purchased the product on my name for i lost my slip. well i embarrassed myself some more and found my slip in the trash
