Boitumelo Mthimkhulu but be trained or let go please pick n pay

I was very shocked with the cashier at the pick n pay clothing store at middelburg mall mpumalanga. I walked into the storr to exchange jeans i had bored 2days prior ,to my suprise the girl i asked for assistance was so aggressive with me and full of attitude as though i had committed an offensive crime against her at first i tried to ignore it i then proceeded to look for my preferd size, she left me there and went back to the till.When i got to the till she was joined by another colique of hers as i put the jeans on the counter she slammed a blank piece of receipt with a pen on top nd said "write your name" i was taken aback and said but u haven't checked the jeans she told me " ngithe bala igama lakho" i looked at the girl next to her and she seemed as shocked as i was, i then said to her "i don't appreciate the attitude you giving me" she rolled her eyes and smilled with satisfaction,And responded oh reali? I asked do you know me?? She shocked me by responding with "why " i told her since the minute i walked into this store you've been performing what is your problem? She said to her colique in zulu that she wasn't going to help me because people doing exchanges waiste her time, i asked her "how because you don't loose a dime in your salary just because i exchanged clothes, the colique looked at me infront of her and reassured me that she is helping me at that time she said to the colique "go open your own till not in my till"and i asked her if she came with a till into pick and pay?she walked away mumbling in zulu full of attitude i requested her name from the colique and she printed me a receipt with it ,her name is Boitumelo Mthimkhulu , i asked the colique where was the Indian lady who is the manager she said she is off today...I am disgusted with pick n pay clothing store at middelburg mall as it has not trained this particular cashier how to behave whilst giving her a till to operate and deal face to face with customers. The locations are full of desperate unemployed black youth but this is who they chose to employ. I am appalled by her and be court dead to walk in to the store to be treated in this manner..
