Blu52 Aquasphere Pool Cleaner missing parts

I re-did my swimming pool, you have to wait 3 weeks before you can put a creepy in the pool. I bought a brand spanking new Blu52 Aquasphere Pool Cleaner from Pick n Pay online and it was delivered on the 06th of April. After waiting for the pool for 3 weeks we opened the new creepy and there is only 6 pipes and the head of the pool cleaner in. The fin and long life diaphragm was missing. What now??? It was purchased online and they do not fetch it or return. What must i do now???
