HTF do you justify the ****py service, and then the mad price difference of R100 per kilo? Jhb R75. Cape R175. Same product. Cheers PnP, never see my patronage, again.

OP: Tuesday at Blouberg Family store. Nip in to get a few items, deli presents ham as this. Store Manager, totally blasé about the presentation. Needless to say, we did not take it with us.

There is a serious lack of Leadership and brand awareness.

BTW, this is not a Deli Staffer issue, she can only work with what is given to her.
