Blocked smart shopper account

My mom has been trying to unblock her pick n pay smartshopper credit card for the past four months with no luck. Everytime she goes to pick n pay they try to call the customer service helpline with no luck as they always get cut off.

Can someone please assist with this matter as making calls and sending emails is not helping at all.
