Blocked rewards card.

Went in to redeem my points at Pick n Pay Malvern to be told my rewards card was blocked. Staff at the till were totally unhelpful. Told me to phone the customer care line......they either dont answer or cut your call when you press 2 to speak to an agent. Manager was 'not available' to help me. Staff basically ignored me simply shrugged off my problem. Have always been a loyal Pick n Pay customer am now disgusted with this **** rewards card. Will not be shopping there again.
