All Smart Shopper points are zeroed at the end of the year. ****************. What's the point of this?

As per our Smart Shopper T's and C's: Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned>>> http://www.picknpay.co.za/smartshopper-terms-and-conditions
Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis.
Please call our Smart Shopper team on ***to check if you have any points expiring.
