Blatant Lie from Manager

<p>I went to PnP Mall of the South Sunday 4 December 2016 to return a AIM blender i bought at PnP Southgate Mall on 18 Nov 2016, i was directed to the manager/ supervisor at the cigarette counter, there my wife and i found an African lady and a white lady i guess both supervisors or managers, who both blatantly **** to us and stated that the store does not stock such brand... We proceeded to go into the store as we were looking for a stand fan and found that the store does stock this AIM brand... I was so furious, i went back to look for another manager as those two seem to have vanished the time we got to the front of the store realizing that we not as stupid as we look. We explained to the other manager that Southgate was already closed when we got there and that the blender had just stopped working... What i want to know is why are we being **** to and secondly why do they work in a place if they not willing to assist customers???</p>
