#BlackFriday - excellent customer service

Good customer experience. Recently, I went to the store to get some essentials. I left my bag at parcel counter together with my umbrella. When I return, my umbrella was missing, then I alerted management. They took my contact number, and promised to check CCTV and contact me if they find the culprit.

In about 10 minutes they called me to inform me that my umbrella was found. By that time it was drizzling and was already getting wet, so it was great news for me. All this relates to happy excellent customer care service thanks to the manager by the name Gift.

In general, the store staff is always in good spirit and the perishables are always fresh, hence it's a favorite store for most locals. I recommend the store.
