This afternoon I observed what I can call ************** at one of your stores while I was on a queue. Cashier masenolo letlhogono greet white customer and eve' assist putting their groceries in a bag but when assisting african black customer she will just keep quiet no greetings and give them a bag and let them put their groceries inside. Pnp sinnoville. The way she conducted herself it shows that to her white customers a more important than blacks. Customers must be treated in a same way. Maybe it's one of your hidden policies, if not please address this issue with her, if she find it difficult to understand that customer must be treated the same remove her in the front and get somebody who knows how to treat all customers.
