Black friday specials empty shelves @10 am

When I arrived at 10am in pick n pay most of the black friday special shelves was empty. It was the important products that you need in a household. The products that was not on special, the shelves was fully pack. The other special that was on the shelves was not really black friday specisls. I was dissappointed. If it was later in the day I would understand about the empty shelves but not that early in the morning.
