Black Friday ****

I order the black Friday special online and scheduled my pick up on the 3rd Dec 2018. A reserve was placed on my account on the 27th Nov for the total purchased. I was told that my order was dropped off at another store and they will arrange delivery. Someone called me advising me that the reservation on my order was cancelled therefore my order cancelled. Today is a week and I am still without my order and I cannot access the amount reserved on my account. I am told that I would need to reorder but there is no guarantee that I will still get my order at black Friday's prices.I have left endless messages for someone to call me back without luck and their online staff are not of any assistance!!!
