Black Friday false adverti*****t

I bought a smart TV 50 inch AIM online as it was Black Friday on the 29 November 2019,payment was done and was told that i can go to Pick 'n Pay Wood mead to pick it up ,now today i am getting a call from the number *** the lady’s name is Nomfundo Ngwenya telling me that the order has been cancelled,then she transferred the call to Portia from Wood mead store and she advised that i can come back on Monday and check my order .then around 13:00 i went to the store with my order number on my way as i was approaching the place i just found that they have reversed the money into my account and the Question is Under which grounds . who authorized that cancellation what an incompetency.Now I’m failing to understand how can Pick’n pay do false adverti*****t WHAT IS GOING ON I want my TV . Please assist with my complain with outmost urgency!!!!! Regards Tshidi Matlala ***
