Black Friday deals disappointment

I am really disappointed with all this gimmicks that the store is playing with us. Why would you advertise something for it not to be available when one wants to purchase it. It’s stating that the Black Friday deals special ends on the 5th yet I have been trying from the time the special started I still cannot but not see the Hisense fridge I wanted to buy on your online store. Don’t make promises you cannot keep. I would like pick n pay to give a rain check for this item I also realised that delivery also plays a major role they don’t really want to make deliveries. I am really disappointed
