BLACK COFFEE BLACK ATTITUDE BLACK SERVICE

Ever try buying a coffee a the most famous "Wild Bean" at a Pick 'n Pay Express Motordeal shop? Well don't rather drive to Wimpy its better tasting and less complicated. I went for a coffee at Pick 'n Pay Express Motordeal in ******* Road Vereeniging. I asked the lady behind the counter and she told me that I need to buy a cup and go to the coffee machine. Getting to the coffee machine - my first time every I select "coffee" and I get something that looks like dish water - no milk. An employee was packing shelves nearby so I asked her for assistance - she said that I selected the wrong option and had to select "Milk"???? for coffee but okay if she says so. She went to get me another cup and then this RUDE indian lady comes out and says "I dunno who will be paying for that cup". I explained to her that there are firstly no instructions saying its a "self service" and secondly the instructions on the coffee machine is also not clear because I did select coffee and got BLACK coffee - then that tab should say "Black Coffee". Because the lady assisted me and because the indian lady had such a bad attitude I paid another R26.50 for another coffee which was labelled as "milk". Friendliness and customer services costs nothing. But to this indian lady is all about the money. I will rather drive further and pay more for a proper coffee and good customer service than receive black coffee and a bad attitude for R26.50
