Birthday surprise spoilt by PNP

I ordered a birthday present for my sister online and it is due for delivery tomorrow as a surprise. However even though they took off R1 to confirm my banking details they have now cancelled the order saying there was not enough money in the account. When I ask to send them proof they said no and that we now will lose the deal. How convenient. I’m told by Henry Smith the supervisors of the call center that the will get Cuan Akal to call me about this matter. Let’s see. Thank you PNP for spoiling a perfect birthday surprise.
