Birthday Promotions

My name is Sibongile Gill and I am one of ur unhappy clients.On the 31st of July I went to the Dobsonville Ext 3 branch,when my smart shopper card *** was swiped I was told that I had won on their birthday celebration.I was told I won 4 loaves of cheese which was not in stock at the time and was advised that I'd receive a call when they have stock.Till to date no one has called me with any feedback.When I call the head office,the call is transferred to the "Promotions Department" which is not answered.When calling the store I purchased from-No answer
