Billing for products that are not in stock

Pick n pay Asap is bunch of ****mers, they billed me in June for a product that they didn't have on stock I found out on arrival of the parcel, iv been trying to get my refund since then. They keep telling me they will add the money to my smart shopper account which they never did. I hope whoever promised to do that and never actually did it rot in hell for making people suffer for their hard earned money
