Billed for returned items
I ordered a delivery from Pick 'n Pay online. They substituted an item with one that wasn't suitable. I returned that item with the delivery guy. They still billed me for the item. Now I must advise them of the item that was returned? I have to make enquiries to get my money refunded? Their online shopping process is extremely poor. Awful, Awful, Awful.
