This ASAP app is one of the biggest ****s. When they have to refund you they send you countless emails for your banking details but never actually refunds. I am on day two of waiting for an order spent hours on the phone between store and only customer service but nothing they just ****** me of R1300 and no one is coming back. The store tells you the order left and customer service tells you that your order is delivered but you receive nothing. Previous orders incorrect items you call in sit half an hour on the line only for someone to tell you they will call you back
