Big help from Moses the butcher

I decided to start making my own boerewors and mince, hamburger patties etc. <br> I enquired about the process at my local Pick n Pay at Midway Mews in Midrand. <br> I was put in touch with the butcher Moses, by the store manager Fazil (another efficient and caring employee of the store, who always tries to help). <br> I discussed the process with Moses who was extremely helpful, and he talked me through the whole process, suggesting the various cuts of meat and the methodology to do this successfully. <br> He even gave me his cell number to contact him if I had any queries concerning this!<br> He cut up special cuts of meat for me, labeled them, and weighed them according to my needs. <br> The whole time he was extremely patient, caring and had a great sense of humour. <br> The results were awesome, and I have him to thank for this. <br> I have complained about this store in the past, but credit must go to where it's due. <br> Moses is great example of what customer service entails, and I thank him. <br> He is a credit to that store.
