Beyond frastruated with
Their App sucks. I ordered on the 23th of February 2023 at 11:22, they jnly started ahopping around 14:00, at that I even forgot about them and they still expected me to see the notification for me to substitute some product. That order over charged me with R818 which am still waitinf for even today. Emails back and forth, until 23rd March their response was that they have delays with refunds. 2 whole months delay?? Already that should tell them that their App system is bad. Nooo this is not right. I now demand my refund so that I delete their App forever. Order number Order ***- 25 Feb2023

16 May 2023, 16:35I have not received this refund by the way. No way of coming back on this one Pick n pay, am done. I was told to check with my bank and I did, they confirmed that there is not money from Pic n Pay. I was promised a proof of payment on the 19 April, still have not received it today 16 May 2023. This is a 25th February 2023 REFUND for heaven's sake.
