beyond disappointed

I am beyond disappointed. I have a little food stall at a market on Saturdays which mean on a Friday i go To Pick a Pay Malbarton (I live in Homestead Apple Orchards which is about a 30 to 35 min drive) I called the store this morning as i am in Woodmead today to please keep aside or prepare me an order of a 100 paninis, 60 buns and need 40 rolls... i mentioned to them that i still need to pick up my lettuce, tomatoes, ice, green peppers etc this afternoon then i can collect my bread too. They just pliantly refuse and yet i spend between a 100 and 200 every Friday!!!! last week the Woodmead store baked freshly for me no problem but the paninis are different to the ones i obtain from this store. I can not believe this... to say the least. Thanks Christene Botha - Retail Store Manager - Pick 'n Pay and Christi Rabe (assistant manager) Even though i have spoken to Christi on a previous occasion when i got treated like Sh@t by the lady packing my bags in store and she said she known's me i come there every Friday... So thank you Pick n Pay and Team for helping your clients in the way i just received "HELP" - "Inspired by You" To top it off Thabiseng requested my husband to drive 35min to come place my order in-store - then leave and then 35min this afternoon again to collect magic!
