Beyond disappointed

The way I am angry I believe that this star is too much, you deserve none whatsoever. I place an order at Pick n Pay Cape gate, the driver did not deliver my staff. He knocked at my neighbor and he was told that we are next door. He confirmed that the order was ours but he drove off with the order and immediately canceled it. When I called the call centre to report the issue they told me there is nothing they can do. Again at the store same story on my end I must wait for 3days and this was my last money for my kids lunch what do I do now? What am I supposed to give kids for lunch tomorrow? You get your money immediately then when it's time for refund it time***
