Beware ***** at Pick n Pay!
We stay abroad and order food from Pick n Pay on a biweekly basis to be delivered to my father and his wife. He lost his job during the Covid 19 pandemic and they were, is going through a financial difficult time. We`ve been doing this for the last couple of months with no issues. On the last delivery all the meat items were ****** from the order. Yes I say ****** because; normally they signed for the delivered items themselves where as in this case the driver was in a big rush and informed my fathers wife he took the liberty of signing for the items on her behalf to save time and he took off. Once the driver left she went through the order and realized some of the items where missing. She tried contacting them but was told they can`t help her we should be contacting them instead. I send them an email last week Friday 19.11.2021 and has received no replay. We tried contacting PnP on the "customer care" line where we were on hold for over an hour and nobody took the call... I also contacted the PnP Hyper in Bloemfontein a couple of times with no luck there either. This means we have no way of informing them that they appointed a ***** to do their deliveries. I`ll be happy to continue doing business with them if we can resolve this matter ASAP..
