beware of your smart shopper points

<p>I went to PNP hyper dbn on 6/11.I was told at the till that they were offline and my purchase via my redeemed points dnt go through so I was made to pay cash... I tried to do the same at another store a few days later only to discover the funds went off on the 6th.I have called and emailed customer care no response. How many people are having this done to them without their knowledge???? I know I don't bother checking my card once I've redeemed the cash... Wonder how long it will take to get an answer and refund!!!!!!</p>
