Beware of PnP Clothing Online store
Firstly, I ordered from PnP clothing online store about 3 weeks ago. Order arrived within a few days, but a third of the ordered items were missing. No invoice or indication in the box as to why, no correspondence from them on the topic. I emailed their customer service, only to be told that they had been out of stock of those items and so will refund me. I rep****, asking why I had to reach out to customer care to find this out, but hav had no response. It's been three weeks and I have not received any refund or further communications from them.
Secondly, PnP advertised that if you shop via ASAP a few weeks ago, you'd receive a R100 PnP Clothing Online voucher per shop per day. Well that's was a complete lie. I received no vouchers. So, I reached out to PnP customer care and they apologised and said they'd send me vouchers. However, they sent vouchers that were invalid. I reached out to them again and guess what, no response again.
So far they owe me a few hundred rands in vouchers and a few hundred rands in refunds, but no responses from them. Beware.
And your rep who is dealing with this, Adrian Louw, doesn't know what he's doing as he's now told me three different things that were all wrong. He says the vouchers were on my receipt, which they weren't, that they didn't work because I had discounted vouchers but the codes would not even validate, and that I tried to use the codes after the promotion ended, which was not the case as I used them during the promotion on the same day your customers service team provided them. It's like he just makes something up, hoping I'll believe it, then when I send him proof that he's wrong, he doesn't respond. He should be transferred to your customer disservice department.
Please pass my complaint onto another customer service rep. Adrian hasn't sorted any issue out and has rather created more issues than we started with.

Adrian Louw is the one assigned to this support ticket and he really should not be working at PnP. He's ruined PnP's reputation for me and shopping with PnP is no longer something I'm willing to do knowing that if there is a problem, there is a chance Adrian may be assigned to [not] resolve it. PnP, you should really look back at the email correspondence between Adrian and myself and see what he's doing to your reputation.
