Beware of Pick 'n Pay asap!

I ordered groceries on the Pick 'n Pay asap! app, planning to use the credit amount in my wallet from a previous order. When my payment went through I saw that the amount was withdrawn from my wallet, but nót deducted from my payment. It was not paid back into my wallet either. I sent 5 emails and even spoke to their customer service, but they just deny that there is any mistake on their side although my wallet history clearly shows that the money was withdrawn from my wallet and nót returned. My money just disappeared! I find this totally unacceptable and I strongly urge people nót to use Pick 'n Pay asap!
