Beware of not receiving your online shopping refun

When my items were delivered on May 25th, I returned certain products. I was told that I would get a refund on those products. However when I checked my bank transactions a week later I found that it has not been processed. I then called tue call centre on the 2nd of June and was told that they can only process after I have made a call. I was then told that it would be processed within 48hrs. I checked my bank transaction again on the 8th and yet it has not been processed. I called again and I was told that no action has been taken. Arg I will never do online shopping again.
