BEWARE OF MOBILE APP PICK N PAY ASAP - YOU RECEIVE WRONG ITEMS EVERY TIME
YOUR APP PICK N PAY ASAP IS DISGUSTING. EVERY TIME I ORDER I GET THE WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED. I HAVE NOW BEEN HOLDING ON THE PHONE TO CALL YOU FOR 26 MINUTES AND I AM ABOUT TO HANG UP. IT IS SICKENING.

You can pick up the customer's details from that order.
Date order was placed 30 November
An email was received saying "We are not able to refund you or collect the incorrect item."
The wrong item was delivered.
They should have refunded us.
They sent us a R50 voucher which did not even cover the incorrect item.
Also we notice that if one orders pies and cold meats, the order arrives with the hot pies placed on top of the cold meats and therefore the cold meats arrive warm.
Who teaches the packers how to pack?
