beware of mess on floor

Yesterday I went to buy some groceries. Walking down one of the aisles I stood on what felt like sugar and ended up sitting on the floor. I left my purchases and told the manager who asked if I was alright and got a cleaner for the mess . On getting home I found that my phone had been broken in the fall, I then wrote to pick and pay to tell them. And as per usual they are ignoring the issue hoping it will disappear. Well guess what it isn't. If they cannot guarantee their customers safety why shop there. This is not the first time we have had a problem with said Co . Disgusting behaviour and disinterest in their customers .
