Beta App Pick n Pay reserved amounts
On the new Beta app from Pick Pay, they reserve the amount of your order on your bank acc or credit card, then they charge you again after they have picked your order with the cost of the phisical order. But they do not cancel the initial reserved amount that was required. Customers must check their bankstatements for reserved amounts. And to get this resolvec with Pick Pay is an huge struggle!!

13 May 2025, 13:54Beta App from Pick n Pay is not the only problem, customer support is just as bad. They have send me a private message after which i responded with the requested information........ Five days later and no furher action from Pick Pay......And my problem is yet not resolved..... What a Beta Joke i will say.
