Best service I have ever received

I was so surprised by the service I received, I just called in to ask if they had any stock left regarding the Ninja Turtle Figurine special they have as most stores are sold out. Instead of just telling me they are sold out Alex took my details and kept communicating with me the whole day and managed to find me the figurines. Although he could not find them all for me he still apologized, which was not necessary at all. Words can not explain how impressed I am with the service I received. PNP you should be very proud of this man including the friendliness from Eugene and Mesh when I arrived and asked for Alex, he advised them I was coming to collect and they called him immediately.
