Darlington from Pick n Pay at Protea Glen Mall gave me such amazing customer service. I was looking for cleaning gloves and couldn’t find them anywhere in the store.

He noticed that I was struggling and came to assist me right away. Not only did he show me exactly where they were, but he also took the time to explain the different options available. He was very friendly, patient, and professional. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
