Best Manager

Today my wife and I were ill treated by a cashier at Pick n Pay Meadowlands. She was very disrespectful and told us that she was doing us a favor by assisting us. Although we decided to leave and go buy food elsewhere, my wife was compelled to lay a complaint. So we went back and we were respectfully addressed by a manager there by the name of Mpho. He took us seriously, apologized, swore that he would escalate the matter and to top it all off he showed appreciation by giving us a cake for our troubles. The world needs more managers of this caliber and I hope he is recognized for this.
