Best customer service

Today 25/01/2024 I went to pick and pay and did my shopping but because I didn't have a smart shopper I went to request for a smart shopper and I was assisted by Tebogo, I want to extend my appreciation for her assistant, I had a problem getting an OTP since I changed my number and she called customer service but because call centre was taking for ever to answer I ended up saying she can activate it for me temporarily then I was going to call customer service myself. I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Tebogo at PnP Clearwater Mall. She went above and beyond to help me activate my smart shopper and she was so friendly and wore a smile throughout.
