Worst service ... i went to order food at pick n pay plaza in Rustenburg yoh so this lady that was helping i sincerely asked her to give me a different container because the gravity is going to spill.

She asked me if i was buying a lot i said no she said well than this is the container am gonna use in setswana mind u the very one i just complained about.

She gives me the food while i was at cashier the gravy spilled the inconvenience i had to walk back n i asked for her to change it again she told me the store manager doesnt approve then she wrapped it again n handed it over .

Wasted my lunch hour if only she listened the 1st time but because the manager said so she cant now she had to reassure and redo .

Am truly not happy with that standard of service imagine having to walk with gravy dripping ...

Than she says i need to hold it properly what the hell
