Belittled and embarrassed

I went to my local Pick n Pay in ODENDAALSRUS and I was not surprised when I got poor service yet again. I really wish we could just order online like in Welkom so that I don't have to face the staff at the till points at Pick n pay ODENDAALSRUS. They never listen to what you are requesting because they are busy chatting to the packer. Even if i get to the till point and greet the person... I'm ignored. This Last week's episode was just too much, i hate feeling belittled and embarrassed. I wanted to withdraw money and the lady at till was so rude to me and said i mustn't want to withdraw my money but I must ask her nicely and next time she won't bother to give it to me!!! My money!!! I was so shocked and confused, I just said sorry.... but this kept repeating in my mind. Im not gonna buy at that place anymore, no matter how convenient it is for me
