Been waiting for their call from the 20th to date...been to the store 3 times no service

Very disappointed and angry! The rating should be on a minus to start with. On the 20th of July I bought a special and they happened to have ran out of stock on an item and on the same day a truck was coming to deliver...the still did not call till I went again 2 days later to get the same story. Five days later I still went and no service, same story, no one assuring me of solving this problem. I had no intention to cause a scene as i was very understanding @ 1st to date I'm still waiting for their lame team to call me back which i know they won't.

I won't recommend such an establishment if this is how we treated and expected to pretend to be understanding.
