Been rotisseried by Pnp

As per my previous report of the raw rotisserie chicken from Mall at Reds. Pnp contacted me today about the complaint. I reported it 25th September 2024. They contacted me today October 18 to ask if I've had feedback or a refund. I did not remember if they did or not. This lady also promised me a free roasted chicken together with a refund. She said she will call the store and call me back. The store did call and the guy asked me "did you get a refund". When I pointed out this was 2 weeks ago he said "i only opened my email today" He also said "if you've not received a refund , contact customer care" ! This is after 2 weeks!!! . My advice is to stay away from the rotissetie chicken at Mall at Reds.
