Beef stew poisonous

Good day I bought the grocery at Pick n pay Diepkloof square I bought the beef stew of R195 and the braai pack of R184 I cooked my Sunday lunch yesterday with the two meats cooked as stews I dished up me and my partner we ate the beef stew and the rest of the family ate the chicken. To my surprise not even an hour me and my partner we started complaining of stomach and there goes running stomach and the family members who ate chicken even today had not complained of the stomach. I decided to take the meat for lunch today same thing happened running stomach and cramps at work I have been running to.the toilet. Surely something is not right with the beed I bought because I only cooked the meat and rice only no veggies as I was tired. Thank God the kids and my mother did not touch the beef because I don't know what could have happened if all of us were running to the toilet God knows my elderly mom with her ailment. I trusted Pick n Pay but disappointed. It is not the first this happened to me on the 09/09/2021 I bought the Berg cheese online and same.thing when I opened after 2 days it went greenish and tasteless luckily I did not get sick and my kids. Please check your food and do quality check. We trust pick n pay as a brand
