Bedford Centre PnP - TERRIBLE

PnP Bedford Centre leaves A LOT to be desired. The prices on the shelves are very rarely correct and when you get to the point of sale it scans at a higher price. The shelves have the incorrect product prices under them. The staff and management there are less than useless and could not give a damn about the customers. The staff that walk aimlessly around the shop never give right of way to a customer and will just about knock you off your feet if you don't move out of their way fast enough. The customer service till (which should be used for customer service/queries) is used for a select few who go and pay for their basket loads of groceries because they are too lazy to stand in the queue and the staff at that counter just allow it. At lunch time, the queue's at the tills are so long because the PnP staff are taking their lunch break. There have been many times where I have discounts loaded on my Smart Shopper App and this store is the only PnP store that I have been to that does not know why the discounts don't get taken off. When it is queried, the supervisors have such bad attitude about it. When emails are sent to head office, they never get rep**** to. "Fresh" rolls are often so hard that they'd be better off donating these rolls to a cricket academy for the kids to use them as cricket *****. Overall disgusting shop with ZERO customer service. My gess is that the managers found their badges in a lucky packet (which was probably incorrectly priced on the shelf)!!!!!
