Beacon mallows

I purchased Beacon mallows at the Pick n Pay Cavendish Branch as it was a special Pick n Pay was running.<br> When I got to the till point it was rung up at normal price.<br> The promotional price tag said assorted beacon mallows I was told that it had to be \mallows"by the supervisor so I checked again and I changed the type of mallows that I had because it was the beacon mallows (twist)...even though the price tag said assorted beacon mallows. I think it had to be more specific as I ran back to grab the blue packet of beacon mallows and even this was not the promotional pack! Why? I couldn't understand the difference at this point. Again the promotional tag was advertised as assorted beacon mallows!<br> The cashier told me it was only the pink pack of mallows on promotion as it was the only pack ringing out at a discounted price. I was also told that a previous customer had the same issue I feel we should of gotten the beacon mallows we wanted as the price was exactly the same as the ones on promotion and yet it couldn't be authorised this was not our fault. Bad advertising and poor customer service."""
