Be careful when using PNP ASAP with your credit card

I ordered items with PNP ASAP on the 10th of June. They charged my credit card with R246 and when my order was delivered, they did not have the nappies I ordered on the app. Hence, a second charge of R136.96 was charged to my credit card. I am back and forth with the bank and PNP yet no one can help me reverse the uncleared charge of R246 on my card. Its been more than a month now. According to my bank it should have cancelled within 30 days, which it hasnt. Safe to say I am not using PNP ASAP again.
