Basic Retail Manners
Pick n Pay Richmond Corner
I am disappointed with the service at Pick n Pay Richmond Corner. Staff were rude and unhelpful, I had to pack my own bags, and the store was messy with poorly stocked shelves and a very limited meat selection.
More concerning, the cashier told my sister-in-law—who had her hands full with her children—that he would not pack her bags and that it would be the “last time” he assists her. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I request that management address these service issues and provide staff with the necessary customer-service training.
