Bas service from pick n pay

Customer service really sucks, as I'm still struggling to log in to the pick no pay app and it's expensive to call again the customer support number as I did call, hence I'm still struggling. The whatsapp option is worse, no one could help me there. Now I'm forced to other means to get help hopefully.
