Bakery not up to standard

I went to pick n pay this afernoon to purchase milk at pick n pay jakaranda center in Rietfontein ,Pretoria. Walking through an ile passed the bakery . On the shelf was white bread that pick n pay bakery baked . I was totally schoked to see bread that was on the shelf. I was also disgusted that the have the addesity to want to sell bread that looked like this. How can one even cut the bread with a crust like this.? The top crust will break and one will not have a proper slice of bread. Where is the manager or supervisor that must oversee bakery for sale to the public. I will never ever biy bread from their store.
