I just experienced the most disgusting customer service at your store at the hands a lady called Tshepiso, I got to your bakery I greeted her she blindly ignored me, I wanted 12 rolls asked to explain difference she refused told me how hot it is in the bakery it’s her job to explain such to customers then she proceeded to laugh as if I was an idiot, pick n pay franchise train your stuff. Am a loyal pick n pay customer and when am at Maponya or mall of Africa I never come across such.
