Bag ******

Hi am very upset with Pick 'n Pay Heathway.<br> The security at the store does not allow the children with their bags into the store. They are told to put their bags down - on the floor by the door. There is NO parcel counter and NO security watching the bags.<br> My son followed their request and when he returned his bag was ******. Security could not give any answers.<br> I have since then watched them at the store and NO ONE (SECURITY ESPECIALLY) look after the bags, how would they know who is the owner of a bag in any case.<br> His school books, texts books, school bag and the most expensive thing of all his iPad has been ******.<br> Pick 'n Pay did not even bother to assist with replacing the items that was ****** out of their store because they do not even have the appropriate equipment.<br> I have contacted Pick 'n Pay and received 'Ag Shame e-mail\ and that the store manager will contact me. Still no answer as who will pay for all of this. "
