Badly treated

<p>On the 14th of March at about 19:00 i went to pick and pay sunward park to play lotto. i stood in front of the lotto machine while the cashier was assisting other customers, after the customer she started counting the money in her till. i stood there for a while and latter i ask her if i can play lotto, and her answer was no because it was 19:00. i said but i was here before 19:00 and you were bussy counting the money. she said she did not see me and if i stand next to a lotto machine she won't guess that i want to play lotto. finally she did assisted me but i am not happy because if i was late the security should have stopped me in the entrance and i believe that once i am in the shop i will be assisted because othe customers were being assisted on the other tills except me. Since it was late i decided to go home and the following morning i phone the shop to voice my dissapontment but i was told the man in chrge was not in the shop but they will give him/her the message and he will contact me, but up to now no one has contacted me.</p>
